SOCIOCRACY: A New Era of Organizational Governance

Do you wish the people in your organization felt engaged in their work? Do you want an organization where people have entrepreneurial excitement about what they do each day? Or, perhaps you have an organization made up mostly of volunteers and you want to spread the work around so that just a few people don’t carry the load?

And how would you know if you met these objectives?

  • Your organization would be more prosperous!
  • People would clamour to work for your organization.
  • You might get lots of awards and special recognition for outstanding innovations in your field.

Now there is a completely new approach to meeting these common objectives! It is known variously as dynamic governance or sociocracy. Learn more about it at The River Flows Both Ways conference. It is the first to be held outside of the Netherlands, where sociocracy was invented. And it will be the longest such conference held anywhere. It is a major milestone that marks the international growth of sociocracy.

The conference will appeal to people with varying levels of familiarity, skill and understanding of sociocracy and to anyone interested in new ideas for governance.

Dynamic Governance provides the means to increase motivation, commitment and satisfaction from all members of an organization.
